While using natural language processing within a chatbot allows for more natural interaction with an end user, it can sometimes be difficult to fully replicate the ability of a live agent to both visualize the real-world object being discussed as well as respond to the user's reactions during the discussion. This lab will cover how Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services can help drive the nature of the conversation. You will first create a Digital Assistant flow. You will then integrate OCI Language AI Service to detect user sentiments, and add sentiment analysis to a Digital Assistant flow.

  • Configure OCI Language AI Services to Detect Sentiments
  • Add a flow to Digital Assistant that responds based on user sentiments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Digital Assistant is desirable, but not required
  • Familiarity with Oracle AI Services - Language AI Service is desirable, but not required
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is helpful
