Did you know you can interact with proprietary data using natural language? Autonomous database has a feature called select AI where you can develop your database using the same dialogue you might use to order lunch.
This workshop will walk you thru the necessary steps in provisioning an autonomous database, deploying a sample Apex app, configuring Select AI and setting up a chatbot powered by the latest LLMs. Upon completion you will have a live environment for using a chatbot to query and manipulate the data behind a sample Apex app. Try these labs, see how data can be explored using natural language and without the rules and limitations of SQL.

Lab 3 - Setup OCI Integration Cloud (OIC)
Lab 4 - Setup OCI Digital Assistant (ODA)
Lab 5 - Setup OCI Visual Builder (VB)
Lab 6 - Demo User Experience

Prerequisites

Familiarity with Generative AI, Digital Assistant is desirable, but not required
Familiarity with Autonomous Database and APEX
Some understanding of cloud and database terms is helpful
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is helpful
