About This Workshop
Have you heard of Sherlock Holmes? If not, he's one of the greatest detectives in the world of fictional novels. This workshop will take you thru the compelling journey of “The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle”, its a Sherlock Holmes story written by Arthur Conan Doyal and is now in the public domain. We will walk thru loading the text of the story into an Autonomous database as unstructured data and then embedding it into many chunks. You will sequentially send each chunk to Generative AI services within a prompt and ask the model to extract relationships in JSON form. The results of the response will then be transformed with pl/sql to produce a property graph. We will then use Graph Studio to explore the story based on the edges and vertices of the property graph. And finally, we will use property graph queries for retrieval augmented generation to generate new content based on the property graph relationships.
