In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to build an Employee Onboarding application using APEX Workflows in Oracle APEX 24.2. The app guides HR teams through essential onboarding steps—such as approval requests, task assignments, and provisioning activities like laptop and induction trainings.
You'll explore how to design workflow processes, invoke additional workflows from within a task, define user roles and responsibilities, configure automated email notifications, and track onboarding progress through the application interface.
By the end of the session, you will have a fully functional onboarding solution that helps standardize HR processes, ensures accountability, and delivers a seamless experience for new hires.
