About This Workshop
Oracle Identity Governance(OIG) is a powerful and flexible enterprise identity management system that automatically manages user's access privileges within enterprise IT resources. Oracle Identity Role Intelligence(OIRI) a new microservice avaialable as part of OIG suite is an intelligent, automated, and flexible way to optimize role-based access control (RBAC). OIRI Workshop provides hands on experience of deploying OIRI, importing data into OIRI from OIG, performing role mining in OIRI & publishing roles into OIG from OIRI.

Workshop Info

3 hours
  1. LAB 1: Initialize Environment, start OIG and create Kubernetes node.
  2. LAB 2: Deploy OIRI in the local Kubernetes node.
  3. LAB 3: Import data into OIRI from OIG (Both Dry Import & Actual Import)
  4. LAB 4: Perform Role Mining & Analyze Candidate Roles
  5. LAB 5: Publish role into OIG
  • Familiarity with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) is desirable.
  • Some understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware administration is helpful.
  • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management is helpful.
  • Some understanding of cloud and database terms is helpful.
