This hands-on lab guides users through all the necessary steps to migrate a PeopleSoft environment from an on-premises system to OCI using the Zero Downtime Migration Utility, and the database resides on Oracle Autonomous Database Serverless.

  • Create a new Oracle Autonomous Database Serverless
  • Create a Service Request for PeopleSoft on ADB-S
  • Source Database, ADB connectivity test, and Target ADB-S Configuration
  • ZDM Pre-requisites and Installation
  • ZDM user configuration and network connectivity between source & target systems
  • Configuring  OCI ADB-S Database for PeopleSoft
  • Prepare the ZDM Response File and execute the Evaluation Job
  • Perform Database Migration for PeopleSoft 
  • PeopleSoft post import scripts for ADB-S
  • Validating Peoplesoft Schema Objects on ADB-S
  • PeopleSoft Middle Tier Setup & Configuration and Test Peoplesoft login in OCI
