About This Workshop
This lab introduces the latest enhancements to Oracle Data Redaction in Oracle Database 23ai, running on Oracle Autonomous Database. You will work with a customer data set in the sales history schema and learn how to define and apply redaction policies that selectively mask sensitive information, ensuring that only authorized users, such as the schema owner, can view unredacted data. The lab also highlights how new capabilities in Oracle 23ai support stronger data governance and refined controls across analytic workloads, enabling the user to secure sensitive information without rewriting queries or applications.
